About this house rental
Recently renovated and fully furnished detached home in Adult resort gated community. Countless activities available including pools, Pickle ball, bocce ball, tennis, golf and clubs for every interest. Newly renovated Club House includes billiard and game room, library, lounge, and a restaurant/bar. Most of our guests return every year and consider our home their vacation home. Grocery stores located very close by.

Great stay. Mark and Rich are excellent hosts. They provide everything you need to make your stay enjoyable and accommodating. Did not have any problems but had some questions and they were always quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again.

Our host Mark was extremely accommodating. This home is so well set up and there were lots of extras to assure we were well taken care of! It was a home away from home...thankyou to our hosts for a lovely relaxing stay!

This rental was a wonderful experience for us. Our host Mark was very professional and communicative right from the beginning and throughout our stay and got back to us immediately when we had a question. The lovely house had been recently renovated and was spotless. We have rented in Sunbird several times before and have enjoyed the social events and the excellent recreational facilities. Thank you Mark.
