Surrounded by the city, the tranquility of this little piece of Rural Country help to make this vacation get-away the perfect place to relax and enjoy.
This little studio detached house is in the country and surrounded by Gilbert, AZ We are close to all the amenities like shopping, sightseeing, hiking, nature walks and more. It will sleep up to 2 people comfortably on the full-sized bed. A small kitchenette will accommodate those who wish to cook at home. There is a Toilet Sink and Shower in the Bath. We offer Free Wifi, & Smart TV for your enjoyment. A room Air conditioner will keep you cool in the summer months. In the morning enjoy a nice cup of hot cocoa/coffee/Tea on the porch while being surrounded the sounds of nature. A shared Washer & Dryer located on the patio is there for your use.
We are steps away from the Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch where you can take a nature walk/hike or go for a bike ride. If Fishing is your passion then grab a pole and head to the Preserve where you can fish with an Arizona urban fishing license (Catch & Release).
Saguaro Lake Guest Ranch offers horseback riding, kayaking, floating on tubes down the Salt River (Salt River Recreation), or paddle boarding.
Close to several Golf Courses and driving ranges, Spring Training Home of the Oakland A's Hohokam Stadium in Mesa 12 miles away. Chicago Cubs Spring Training in Mesa 15 Miles. LA Dodgers Spring Training 44 miles. The room is very small but it had everything I needed for one person. I was there for two weeks so I loved the access to the laundry. There was also a patio to sit on which was nice too. It was very quiet. There was also a great running trail and water reserve park I could easily walk to which I loved. I would stay again.

Everything was as described. Very clean and well furnished. I loved having the Schwinn bike to explore with. The canal trails and the Riperian Preserve were within 1/4 of a mile.

I had a quiet and restful stay at the studio while recovering from eye surgery. Everything was just perfect from the kitchen and bath to the comfortable bed and snacks. Loved the outdoor sitting area near the fire pit and BBQ. So peaceful with the birds chirping, the bunnies playing in the pasture to the hummingbirds sipping water from the flowers after a cool relaxing morning rain. Perfect location away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to my favorite places. I will definitely be booking again for follow up appointments. Thank you for offering such a lovely place for everyone to enjoy!

This tiny house is fine for a couple for a very short stay, or one person for a bit more extended time. Kitchen area and appliances are a bit difficult to manage if you're trying to prepare actual meals. The grill did work well fortunately. Outside spaces are small and narrow and fenced in, unlike at least one of the photos. Proximity to the Riparian Preserve was a redeeming feature. Walking there is very nice.In general I would say you get what you pay for.
