Surrounded by the city, the tranquility of this little piece of Rural Country help to make this vacation get-away the perfect place to relax and enjoy.
This little studio detached house is in the country and surrounded by Gilbert, AZ We are close to all the amenities like shopping, sightseeing, hiking, nature walks and more. It will sleep up to 2 people comfortably on the full-sized bed. A small kitchenette will accommodate those who wish to cook at home. There is a Toilet Sink and Shower in the Bath. We offer Free Wifi, & Smart TV for your enjoyment. A room Air conditioner will keep you cool in the summer months. In the morning enjoy a nice cup of hot cocoa/coffee/Tea on the porch while being surrounded the sounds of nature. A shared Washer & Dryer located on the patio is there for your use.
We are steps away from the Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch where you can take a nature walk/hike or go for a bike ride. If Fishing is your passion then grab a pole and head to the Preserve where you can fish with an Arizona urban fishing license (Catch & Release).
Saguaro Lake Guest Ranch offers horseback riding, kayaking, floating on tubes down the Salt River (Salt River Recreation), or paddle boarding.
Close to several Golf Courses and driving ranges, Spring Training Home of the Oakland A's Hohokam Stadium in Mesa 12 miles away. Chicago Cubs Spring Training in Mesa 15 Miles. The tiny house we stayed in was very cozy and was full of thoughtful additions, such as makeup remover and bug spray. It was amazing how many amenities were available in this small space. The location is excellent. You feel like you are in the country, but in just a few minutes you are in the midst of Gilbert, AZ. The Gilbert Riparian Preserve is 8 minutes walking distance away. The hosts were easy to communicate with and are very nice people. We appreciated the opportunity to stay in this lovely place.

The villa was small and there were no chairs for the fold out table. The bed was comfortable, and the TV service was great.

This tiny house is fine for a couple for a very short stay, or one person for a bit more extended time. Kitchen area and appliances are a bit difficult to manage if you're trying to prepare actual meals. The grill did work well fortunately. Outside spaces are small and narrow and fenced in, unlike at least one of the photos. Proximity to the Riparian Preserve was a redeeming feature. Walking there is very nice.In general I would say you get what you pay for.
