The supermarket, bars and restaurants are only 200 m away; the bank, pharmacy, beautician, petrol station, playground just 600 m, the various sandy, rocky and pebbly beaches of the Punta-Umag area about 900 m walk or with the tourist train, whose station you will find within walking distance from the apartment.
