The bottle of white wine as welcoming gift, the spotless & well equiped apartment, the location, the shower in the kids room, the size of the apartment which is quite big and absolutely perfect for a short or longer stay!

Nothing but if I had to say something the parking wasn't that smooth because of the affluence (bearing in mind the red, orange & green zone). 😋 As a matter of fact, it's not the responsibility of the host. 🤭

L’appartement même rien à dire. Très agréable.

La proprio correcte, gentille, l’appart franchement spacieux et près de la mer donc l’idéal avec des enfants.

Le sindique un vrai scandale!! Première fois qu’on arrive on place nos vélos dans l’emplacement indiqué et comme convenue et le porte vélo aussi pour le mettre par après sur notre terrasse. Pas de bolle le sindique appele tout de suite la police car nous la crapule nos vélos et porte vélos pas sur la bonne place, le sindique critique la proprio en disant c’est toujours la même chose avec ses gens!! Mais c’est surtout que le sindique a perdue son rôle de pouvoir louer l’appart donc de la qu’il nous a fait un coup pareil !!! Comme j’ai dis nous sommes des gens correcte, je pense que l’erreur est tout à fait humaine et oui il aurait d’abord pu nous laisser un petit mot ou même venir sonner à la porte pour dire se qui ne va pas pas pu téléphoner le proprio pour nous avertir. Et non tout de suite la police. Très dommage pour le propriétaire mais nous c’est plus jamais car être traité comme cela c’est vraiment ruiner les gens! Bravo au sindique!!! Un manque de respect envers les gens! En plus j’ai été très bête de payer le pv le soir car c’était pas à nous à le payer!! Déjà scandaleux dans un parking privé! Mais bon pour 60 euro vais pas mettre un avocat desus car je suis plus humaine que cela. j’espère de tout cœur qu’il va un jours aussi avoir un pv pareil le petit malin frustré !!! Bravo et merci au proprio mais le sindique franchement ….. !!!!

Zeer aangenaam en goed gelegen appartement in Heist aan zee.

Zeer proper en zeer goed gelegen appartement. Op wandelafstand van de zee, winkels, restaurants....De keuken is op alles voorzien. Heel gezellig ingericht. Lakens en handdoeken zijn voorzien wat heel aangenaam is. Wij komen zeker terug!

Proper en mooi ingericht appartement met een vriendelijke en bereikbare host.

Het tweepersoonsbed bestond uit twee eenpersoonsmatrassen - deze hadden ook al wat leeftijd, want ze zakten goed door. Persoonlijk heb ik liever een stevige matras, die wat steun biedt. En ik slaap ook niet graag op de randen van twee eenpersoonsmatrassen, die tegen elkaar aan liggen.
