The location is perfect for a perfect winter vacation in Finnish Lapland. The house is spacious and has a big kitchen with all the utensils etc. The bathroom is also nice with a built-in Sauna. The inari village is a 20-25 mins walk (the walking path was well maintained even in winter) from the house in case you want to walk to get some groceries etc. The wilderness hotel lobby & restaurant are 5 mins from the house in case you want to have dinner/lunch or book tours or airport transfers etc. Satu is a really nice host who was always available to answer our questions and help us out in case we need something. Overall, we had an extremely nice stay and the Ailo is highly recommended from our side. We are looking forward to staying at Ailo again.

Satu is literally the best host one can get!

Spotless clean, huge kitchen, plenty of space and superb view! Just in front of Lake Inari.

Better than expected but loved the kitchen

The house was very spacious and bigger than we thought. The bathroom and kitchen are both big with utensils and pots that you can use to cook. There is also a fireplace with wood which made the place very cosy.

We accidently went to the wrong house as there were two very similiar ones beside each other and it was difficult to see because it was dark but the host helped us out immediately through phone

Very helpful host, beautiful house and amazing surrounding!

The house is very cozy, clean, and beautiful! There is plenty of space with a big living room, one nice bedroom, a big kitchen, two washrooms and also a very nice private sauna! Everything is well explained and Satu is very reactive! I believe that it’s an amazing spot to see the lake and the auroras but unfortunately the weather was not so nice when I came. Satu also gave me many recommendations of places to see and visit as alternatives.

Everything was very nice and Satu was very helpful! I really loved my stay! For anyone who wish to come, I think having a car will be very useful to access the property and the surroundings! Would be great if there was a microwave, but we had plenty of other alternatives to heat the food, so it was manageable.

The House made a wonderful place to relax after wondering in the wilderness during the day.

All the questions were wonderfully answered prior the visit. You felt welcomed by the conversation in messages sended by the owner/host. The location was nice. Inarinjärvi, the lake was so near. We enjoyed swimming in the cold water. If you never saw reindeers before, now you could admire them in the front yard of the house. 😊House was clean and comfortable. No TV, but who would need a TV since there was a good Wifi connection! Most of the stuff inside the house were new and recently purchased. We would warmly recommend the place. Anne and Woodly

The property was wonderful, located at a very beautiful location. Rooms were spacious. Kitchen was big and had everything. Hosts were very nice ans helpful.
