This area if france is excellent. The service of this provider is poor.

The location is good 10 minutes walk from town

This particular house is managed by an offside group/ agent. They have a local agent who is supposed to look after the property. When we arrived the electricity did not work in most of the house, no lighting upstairs or on the stairs. No plugs, TV, air-conditioning. We reported this on the day of arrival. We had to repeatedly report this for the next 5 days including by text email and in person. In spite of being told it would be fixed and waiting on 2 occasions at the accommodation for someone to arrive it took 5 days before the issue was resolved. This had a significant impact on our holiday. I have contacted the booking agent but was told that the local agents reported they resolved it immediately and therefore they refuse to take any responsibility for the problems. I do not recommend that you book through this group, this accommodation is one of a number of houses, I would suggest booking directly with the accommodation rather than through an agent.
