There were a few issues which were to be expected but Shelley took care of everything immediately. We loved the location and how close it was to the beach!

The house and pool were perfect for our first family vacation with grown kids and spouses. We enjoyed the area and the beaches and restaurants were wonderful. The owners were very responsive to us. We would love to stay here again next summer.

Rotunda is convenient to everything you want on Florida coastal vacation,. Neighbors were fantastic! This property is quite decent, but things are getting old and need to be replaced(Pool heater failed, electrical outlet failed, Stove has failing heat controls). Owners were responsive when contacted.
