Welcome to Caddy Shack — Your Tranquil Getaway in Rotonda West!
This beautifully maintained home features 3 spacious bedrooms:
1 King bed
1 Queen bed
2 Twin beds
The property includes 2 full bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, fresh towels, and a hairdryer for your convenience.
Families are welcome! We provide toys for children, as well as a playpen, high chair, and stroller for our youngest guests.
Please note that while the home features a heated pool, it is NOT enclosed by a safety fence. It is the responsibility of adults to closely supervise children at all times when on the back patio or near the pool area. Children must always be accompanied by an adult in these areas.
Guests can unwind in the screened-in lanai—featuring both a bar area and private pool—offering protection from the sun’s UV rays and keeping pests at bay, all while enjoying the peaceful Florida atmosphere.

The owner was extremely easy to talk with and followed up on issues . Our biggest issue was the pool was not warm even on days that the weather was in 80 the pool only got up to 76So out of 5 weeks that we were there we had maybe 4 or 5 days we could enjoy pool. I gave up after bugging owner the first few days . The couch was extremely uncomfortable and broken the recliner did not work . The beds were very comfortable. The showers need better heads water pressure was bad. Need new wash cloths most were stained . Carpets in bathrooms were also stained I had to wash all when I got there . The pool deck area was great and neighborhood was quiet . I guess my biggest issue was cold pool
