Completed in August 2016, this is one of the newest and most impressive apartments in South West Rocks. Located on the middle floor, the apartment offers ducted air conditioning, lift access, and one underground car space (2.1m high door).
Enjoy a large east-facing deck with views past the neighboring units to Trial Bay, and experience quality fixtures and fittings throughout. The apartment features an open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen, all flowing onto a balcony with an outdoor setting and gas BBQ.
Additional features include a flat-screen TV, DVD player, a main bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and a laundry with a washer and dryer.
With everything at your doorstep, park your car and walk to all the local amenities.
Please Note: 'Waterford 4' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.
Linen is supplied in this holiday letting. You will need to provide your own toilet paper, soap and dishwashing liquid etc.
