The newest and most impressive apartments in South West Rocks, completed in August 2016. This luxury ground floor apartment features a large courtyard on the eastern side of the building with an outlook to Trial Bay.
With modern styling and ducted air conditioning throughout, the apartment includes 2 large bedrooms, with the main bedroom offering a built-in wardrobe and ensuite. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space flows onto a balcony with an outdoor setting and gas BBQ.
Additional features include a flat-screen TV, DVD player, laundry with washer and dryer, and 1 underground car space (2.1m high door).
Located just an easy stroll to shops, cafes, restaurants, the pub, and the beaches.
Please Note: 'Waterford 7' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.
Linen is supplied in this holiday letting. You will need to provide your own toilet paper, soap and dishwashing liquid etc.

On arrival the unit had a really strong foul ranking odour in living area we had to call agent to investigate and resolve. There were also two dining room chairs with faulty legs to dangerous to use. It was obvious that previous attempts to repair the chairs were slack unsatisfactorily other than these issues the unit was fine.

It was relaxing in walking distance to the main part of South West Rocks loved our stay.

The property where I was on holiday, the position is excellent, it is not very clean, like, for example, the bbq is left completely dirty, the elevator in the building is very noisy, you can hear it all night long, water can also be heard when someone flushes the toilet, which means that the building was not built well
