Location: central and quiet.
Welcoming gestures: drinks in the fridge (cokes and beers), coco sweet snacks, etc.
It would be more comfortable to set up the room for two people by removing the bunk bed so the large bed didn’t feel cramped and stuffy.

Location was handy for waterfront, market, good restaurants, etc.
Liked everything. Settee could have been a little more comfortable, but this is a minor point.

The location was terrific! Easy to walk to the market (but it was closed the whole week), place vaiete (but the food trucks had moved away) and the harbor in general. Has a combo washer/dryer. Plenty of space.
Finding the reserved parking space was really tricky.
