    今回で2度目になります。 丁寧で日本語堪能な外国人スタッフ。 清潔な室内はシャワー、トイレセパレートで十分な広さがあり。 フロント横にアメニティあり。 軽自動車なら駐車場は隣のバックで入らないと入れれない所が安い。

    At first I'm a bit regret to choose this coz I need to walk far from the Tennoji station but surprisingly, we figured out that there is a tram just at the back of the hotel with just 2 stop away from Tennoji station and it's just cost 240yen. I reached early, I left my luggage first. Night I came back to check in, they already place my luggage in my room. So efficient. Excellent service. Room clean, receptionist so helpful. Price is so reasonable. It's perfect!

    The hotel offers good value for the price, especially if you’re traveling on a budget. It’s about a 12-minute walk to the nearest Osaka Metro station, or you can take a tram or bus, so getting around is still fairly convenient. The room itself was spacious, and the bed, pillows, and linens were comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. I was assigned a room on the 8th floor, and I could only hear faint sounds from the tram. Guests staying on lower floors may notice the noise more, so that’s something to keep in mind. On the plus side, I really enjoyed having a balcony with a nice view. The biggest downside was the smell in the room. It had a noticeable damp, musty odor, likely because of the carpeted flooring. I ended up buying my own air freshener to make the room more comfortable. I hope the hotel can address this issue, as it would make a significant difference to the overall guest experience. Overall, it’s a decent budget-friendly option with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. If the odor issue were resolved, I’d have a much better overall impression.
