Downtown newly renovated and remodeled 2 Bedroom, 2 bath condo with 4 separate sleeping areas including an additional semi private sleeping area with futon and pull out queen sofa sleeper in living room. Queen air mattress available upon request. Washer/dryer. This beautifully decorated condo has city views, hardwood floors throughout, fully equipped kitchen, one secured parking, and beautiful views of the city. Located downtown Denver only a few blocks away from the hip, artsy and fun RiNo District and Coors Field, 16th Street Pedestrian Mall where you can enjoy local breweries,100s of restaurants, bars, shops and everything else Denver has to offer. The unit is located above a bike shop where guests can receive 20% off a guided bicycle tour operated by the owners company, Mile High Bike Tours. MHBT is rated by TRIP ADVISOR as one of the 10 best things to do when you are in Denver. Pets allowed for a small fee.

Wonderful second-floor apartment. Well maintained, with big, comfortable beds; many amenities.and nice touches. Communications with the owner/manager were easy and fast and the place was just as advertised. The neighborhood can be a little sketchy at night, but really not too bad. Wonderful, comfortable stay.

Rental process overall was great. Had views of the city from the loft and could walk to several breweries, restaurants, and some shops.
