About this apartment rental
The apartment is on second floor we do have an elevator/ lift , we have three rooms, a sitting area cum dinning room in between the rooms, so its not very large, but cosy, comfortably home . It is private and independent apartment and fitted with all the mod-cons: heater/Aircon, TV & cable, refrigerator, electric kettle with tea and coffee tray, and wash rooms with geyser, fully automatic washing machine,etc... It also has a fully functional Kitchen fitted with a gas stove, wash basin and cooking dishes in case you feel like cooking! We also have a built-in wall cupboard, and a little balcony on both side of the floor .We are also particular about what drinking water we drink as well as serve to our guests and only serve R.O.-processed water (i.e. water processed by reverse osmosis that is extremely safe for drinking). We are conveniently close to City center the is the Famous Connaught place which is approx. 2 Kms away from our place.
we are within a distance of 30 minutes to all the sightseeing known spots of Delhi like Chandni Chowk, Old Delhi, Paharganj, Chanakya puri , embassy area, south Delhi , Karol Bagh, and many more..
we arrange for day tours for the guest to see all the tourist spots and also we arrange short trips to agra, jaipur and other near by places from Delhi which are a must watch for tourist. There are lots of eating joints just across the road , bars, pharmacies, phone shops . The nearest metro station is Rajindra Place Metro Station which is just a 7-min walk away.

Great location for a stay in Delhi. The 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment was perfect for our stay, the apartment included a nice sitting area and kitchen.
The property is close to the main Shankar road, with access to cafes and street food and not far from a metro stop.
The check-in process was very easy with Neema assisting before and during our stay. Perfect stay in Delhi.

The home was nice , clean and neatly organised and had every thing you would need. Excellent location , near to city centre and we could easily commute by Uber . Kitchen had basic utensils and bed were comfortable with clean bed spreads.there was a washing machine which was of great help for us.
we use to order food on phone and it was delivered within an hour which was very convenient.
there are few eating take away joints near the house also.
over all it was cool and convenient and we would like to stay here again.

Neema’S home is a very good place to stay in Delhi. It’s located in safe neighbourhood ,centrally located .Spacious ,clean apartment and well furnished. Neema is very helpful offering advice and directions. We felt just like home and we would recommend every one to stay here .

The apartment was well kept, clean and comfortable. AC, RO-water, and geyser, etc worked without any inconvenience.
The apartment has a good location when visiting central New Delhi. The residential area is nice and calm and is in close proximity to a local market.
We were pleased with the friendliness and warm welcome by the landlord. We would love to come back!
