About this villa rental
Spectacular 3 bedrooms (1 en suite) villa with private pool and gorgeous 150º sea and sunset view in quiet Cap D'Artrutx.
This lovely independent fully equipped villa has 3 very comfortable double rooms: one of them is the master suite with chill-out terrace & stunning sea/sunset view located upstairs and the other two (one w/ double bed and one w/ twin beds) are downstairs, all of them with big wardrobes and air-con.
The villa has a garden with private swimming pool where there are sunbeds, BBQ corner with sea view and everything you need to relax and feel like home.
The location is perfect, 15 minutes drive from Ciutadella and only a few minutes by car (or a pleasant 20 min. walk) from the astonishing Cala'n Bosch and Son Xoriguer beaches, close to supermarkets, bars, restaurants, water sports and family fun - a perfect destination for families, couples and groups of friends.
The house also features cable TV (mostly Spanish channels - sorry!) and SmarTV, wi-fi, washing machine, complete kitchen with oven, dishwasher, Nespresso, microwave etc.
Cap d'Artrutx neighborhood itself is an amazing place, very quiet with the all-white houses (no buildings, no hotels!) and the beautiful lighthouse posing for the spectacular sea and sunset views. A 5 minute walk from the villa takes you to the route Camí des Cavalls, one of Menorca's main attractions: a track that goes all around the island going through the most amazing places, ideal for trekking (either for 2 hours or 7 days!). And its location on the southwest corner of the Island makes it a strategic place to reach Menorca's most famous and gorgeous beaches: Macarella, Turqueta, Son Saura, Es Talaier etc.

Love love love this place. Location is amazing, real end of the world feel with the sea just on the doorstep and the lighthouse of Artrutx 10 mins walk away. Also really close to amazing beaches (a short drive, rather than a walk). The water is so clear, it's like being in the Maldives some days. Also really close (30 mins drive or boat trip) to the stellar beaches of the south coast - Cala Macarella and Cala Mitjana and 10 mins drive from Ciutadella, Cala Blanca, Cala Santandria etc. The hosts were impeccable, really responsive and provide guidebook worthy advice on the island. Could not recommend enough.The villa is also superb, lots of outdoor space, great set up inside with a master bedroom upstairs away from the kids! Pool was lovely, garden has nice shade at all times of day.

We had a lovely family holiday here. The villa is in a nice quiet location and yet near to plenty of restaurants and shops.There are lovely views of the sea from the villa and the communication from Adriana and Cassio could not have been better. They sent us very useful information about the villa and location in advance of our journey, and contacted us a couple of times during our week to make sure that everything was OK. They were there to greet us and even left a bottle of bubbly and some biscuits as a welcome. Lovely people.Hence, we would definitely recommend this villa.
