Villa Bellviure by Mauter Villas

La villa offre tutte le comodità che ci si aspetta in una vacanza di relax. Abbiamo soggiornato in 2 famiglie e gli ampi spazi favoriscono la convivialità grazie alla griglia, una graziosa veranda e una bella piscina di dimensioni contenute. La casa si trova a due passi dal mare ma occorre la macchina per accedere alle spiagge più belle dell'isola (entro i 40 minuti). Situata in un borghetto con tutte le comodità: supermercati, bar e ristoranti.

Nice size villa and pool. Great location relatively near shops, restaurants and 20 minutes walk to Cala n Bosch. Somewhat authentic Menorcan style villa.

Villa in need of a little renovation, needs some modernising. Its adequate but no air con downstairs, instead dyson air fans but weren't very good. There was also building works directly next door with 2 new villas being built. Large amounts of noisy construction work and a big crane over head. Noise starting from 7/8am in the morning. The pictures shown on booking.com and Mastercard website are out of date. Specifically the photos from the balcony of surrounding villas and sea views. There are now 3 new villas built invetween the villa and sea views with 2 able to look into the pool area.

Excellent clear, fast and precise communication from the company. They were on hand at any given time to help with any questions or needed information.

Great location and within easy reach of amenities and a great family beach at Cala'n Bosch. Fantastic views of the coast line and beautiful sunsets. Pool and terrace lovely. Close to public transport to get around the island if required. Staff at Mauter Villas very helpful and friendly.

Facilities in the villa need some updating. Dishwasher needs replacing and ceiling fans need servicing/replacement. There wasn't an Information folder in the villa.
