Location ok good, service staff good, room services good.

Water Dispensor Hot/cold at Diffrent level. Inconvenience to get drink water. When at night with our night cloth n tudung (scaft) need to put on. Room wall hv blood stain, bathroom door cannot look from inside.

I find this hotel very suitable for a night between the ferry from Singapore to Batam and the ferry from Batam to Jakarta. Restaurants for dinner are nearby and I had a quiet night sleep.

I really love the surroundings of this hotel — everything is so easy to access. If you’re hungry, there’s a 24-hour shop and plenty of street food just a short walk away. The staff are very friendly; one even offered to lend me a motocycle to explore the area. I kindly declined since the traffic there wasn’t quite for me. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel because there are so many nice local eateries nearby. Overall, a comfortable stay in a super convenient location! 🌆✨

The location is good. The bed was quite comfortable. Internet was fine.

The room we were given had black mold all over the ceilings. Asked to change rooms. Saw so many rooms, all had mold and damp issues. Finally found a room which was mold and damp free, but it was a suite room and had to pay extra to stay there. Took over an hour before settled on a room.
