Beautiful villa with saltwater pool located in the countryside next to Alaró, in Mallorca.



There is a large and lovely terrace with a saltwater pool and living and dining area, a barbeque and a beautiful garden. The hall is open to the dining and living room. There is a big and full equipped kitchen on the left, and a bedroom with a bathroom en suite on the right. There are a lovely bedroom and a bathroom next to this suite, facing the back of the back of the property, where the pool is. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with bathroom en suite, and one with a large dressing room. Downstairs there is a charming living room and a bathroom. There is air conditioning in the living and dining room and in one of the bedrooms. Very private and quiet and set almost in the centre of Mallorca for an amazing holidays.

IMPORTANT:



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.

Per day and person, the tax is

from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and

from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.

From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.

LOCATION



On the slopes of the Tramuntana Mountains lies the picturesque and very popular village of Alaró - original Mallorcan and lively all year round with numerous restaurants, bodegas and many shopping opportunities. The area is ideal for cyclists, hikers and nature lovers.

The weekly market of Alaró takes place every Saturday.

Thanks to its ideal location, the villa is a good starting point for hikes, a trip to the Balearic capital Palma, 25 km away, as well as for visits to the north and west coast, where dreamlike bays and beaches can be reached after a 30-minute drive.
