Es war alles da, was man brauchte. Der Pool war einmal nicht so sauber, da kam direkt am blausten Tag der Eigentümer und hat ihn sauber gemacht. Super Service !!

Die Betten waren etwas laut. Aber ansonsten war es super !

I booked this holiday for my daughter and seven of her friends. The finca itself is beautiful, spacious and located in the peaceful countryside in the centre of Mallorca. If you are looking for privacy and a rural setting, the location is excellent. I would also like to acknowledge that the owner was initially kind enough to accept this group of eight 18-year-olds, even though the property normally has a minimum age requirement of 30. I was asked to pay a double security deposit (€600 instead of the usual €300), which I accepted without hesitation. Unfortunately, this is where the positive aspects end.

Throughout the group's eight-day stay, they experienced repeated power outages, sometimes several times in the same day. Each time the owner came, assured them that the problem had been fixed and that it would not happen again. However, the outages continued for almost the entire holiday. The consequences were far more serious than simply losing electricity: no lights, no Wi-Fi, no fans, despite the extreme summer heat, no running water on several occasions, toilets could not be used because there was no water, the shower stopped twice while someone was showering, the dishwasher could not be used, and, worst of all, the swimming pool became unusable for the last two days because, without electricity, the filtration system stopped working and the water quickly deteriorated. On the morning of their departure, after the owner had once again assured them the previous day that everything had finally been repaired, they woke up without electricity or water. The group could not even flush the toilets, brush their teeth properly, or prepare for the journey home under normal conditions. Technical problems can happen anywhere, and I understand that. What is difficult to accept is that the problem kept recurring throughout the stay despite repeated assurances that it had been permanently resolved. I would probably not have written this review if the owner had acknowledged the inconvenience by offering even a partial compensation. I only asked for a refund of the electricity surcharge that had been charged separately, considering the substantial disruption the group experienced. Unfortunately, this request was refused. It is a real shame because the property itself has great potential. However, a beautiful finca cannot compensate for spending a significant part of a holiday without reliable electricity, water, Wi-Fi, ventilation and, for the last two days, even without being able to use the swimming pool.
