The villa consists of 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with single bed, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, boiler, oven, refrigerator), dining and living room area with fireplace, large terrace with garden and sea view, indoor and shared outdoor facilities, BBQ with dining area. The main entrance of the house is leading to an open stonewall space with kitchen, dining and living area with a fireplace and a bathroom. The 1st floor consists of 3 stonewall bedrooms, two of them with closets, offering views to sea and garden, a bathroom and a separate shower-room.
The owner will be at guests' disposal all the time, taking care of the garden and the overall property, offering guests a "feel like home" hospitality.

Very close to the house (1 minute by foot) there is a super market offering daily fresh bread, fruits and vegetables. The owner will help you explore local beauties, mountain trails, private beaches (rental boat companies - no licence required - are located near the house) by providing local travel guidance. It is ideal for a relaxing vacation, at a walking distance from the beach.
