About this house rental
House with pool of 125 m2, residential area, garden 400 m2, large shaded terrace and terrace on the 1st floor with sea view. Three very close sea access including one next to the house 2 minutes walk and beach 5 minutes walk. Shops very close on foot (2 to 5 minutes). Historic Center of Cuitadella 5 minutes by car. Many walks and sites to discover.
Ground floor: kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms with large closets, 1 bathroom and toilet.
1st floor: 1 bedroom, dressing room, bathroom and toilet.
Equipment: air conditioning, wifi, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, juicer kettle, washing machine, iron and ironing board, television, hairdryer, folding bed for baby, lounge teak garden, barbecue, 6 sunbathing.

We (40 yr old female with my husband, sister and mother) stayed here for a week and we loved EVERY second of trip! The upstairs master suite was perfect and the balcony is such a gorgeous view!!! The pool and backyard was such a lovely place to relax. The neighborhood was quiet but easy to walk to get a small supermarket. The best part of this location is Cala en Brut!!!! It is legit 2 min walk and just such a lovely spot to jump and swim around each day. I cannot say enough good things about this place. We loved it and would absolutely stay again! Communication with host was excellent and she was so helpful with many of my Menorca-related questions!

The villa is light and spacious, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The outdoor area is lovely and a real pleasure to occupy. It's situated just a short walk from a fantastic swimming spot. There's a very friendly little shop just round the corner and it was easy to park outside. Veronique was quick to respond to any queries we had and the check-in process was smooth. We had a great holiday. Thank you.

My wife and me have been there with two kids in the age of 15. We all enjoyed the beautiful house, the modern pool, the nice garden, and the area around. From the terrace at the first floor we loved the view on the Mediterranean Sea in the morning. The house and the kitchen is very well equipped. Much more than we need. Once we grilled lamb on big gas-grill to perfection. On the other evenings we visited very good restaurants in the area, or in Ciutadella, just 10 minutes away by car, and also in other regions on the island. The first beach is just 5 minutes to walk, another Insta-Spot for swimming is just 10 minutes away. But there are much more beautiful beaches just 20-30 minutes away. From the man, who welcomes us and who shows as the house, we got great recommendations for sightseeing, beaches and restaurants. He was always on our disposal if necessary.
