This charming 2 bedroom home with outdoor hot tub and sea view is located in the beautiful Zaton Bay, just 9km from the historical city of Dubrovnik, a UNESCO World Heritage site.Situated in an elevated position, the villa enjoys breath-taking coastal views from all 2 floors and offers comfort, light and it is the perfect choice for your summer holiday in Croatia. Everything you need is in a walking distance from villa; bars and restaurants are on the seashore in Zaton harbour as well as local shop and bakeries.
The house is well furnished and equipped with modern amenities, splitted on two floors. The villa interior is airy with a lot of sun light perfect to enjoy in the Mediterranean lifestyle on your summer vacation far away from everyday stress.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped open plan kitchen with cooker, oven, dishwasher, modern refrigerator/freezer, tea and coffee maker. Here right by the kitchen there is a dining room with dining table, chairs with direct view to the sea. The same part of the dining area is a living room with angle sofa, and sat lcd tv where you will feel like at home in a relaxing ambient.
From the living/dining room you exit on the terrace with amazing sea view, outdoor furniture and sunbeds. Indoor stairs leads you up on the first floor with 2 bedrooms enusite. Master bedroom consists one double bed, balcony with sea view and ensuite bathroom with toilet. Another bedroom consist 2 single beds bed and here is ensuite bathroom with toilet, too. The suite has air condition and wi-fi internet access.
In front of this villa there is open terrace with outdoor furniture, dining table and chairs perfect for dining al fresco overlooking the crystal clear sea. Relax and unwind on the sunbeds with parasols by the hot tub soaking up the sun in complete privacy of this holiday home.
