I liked that all the staff were friendly. Meals were excellent. The accommodation and balcony were all lovely. We sat in the sun for hours on the balcony - amazing.

Everything! So quiet, no noise disturbance.
I need to know how the heated towel rail in the bathroom works. I couldn't get it to heat up and I don't know how I do that. I managed the underfloor heating fine.

Good size and it was clean. Property is in a nice location.
A bit tired and in need of some TLC. Shower temp wasn’t working and only had quite a hot temperature, couldn’t turn it down. Missing some basic essentials such a baking tray, dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher which you may expect to find, dish towel etc.
