Lights need fixing , steps a little tricky to the property

We had an absolutely lovely time at this accommodation. We were in Glenisle Cottage which was huge. It had a large living area with a 4 seater sofa in front of a large smart TV. The kitchen area was modern and included all the facilities we expected including fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven. There was a washing machine and a tumble dryer. 2 sets of french doors opened onto a large modern deck which overlooked the car park but which also had a sea view between the buildings. The bed was comfortable and the towels were large & fluffy. The staff were so friendly, nothing was too much trouble and everyone seemed so upbeat. Breakfast was included and the quality & choice was excellent. We liked the location which was close to the beach with several good pubs/restaurants within walking distance. Car parking was right outside our accommodation.

We chose the accommodation based on advertising & photos shown but prior to arrival we were told that the name of our accommodation had changed. In fact it was the accommodation itself which had been changed. Consequently, the photos of the accommodation we booked bore no resemblence to the accommodation we were given. This was not a problem as we were perfectly happy with the accommodation we were given but this is the reason I have stated that the photos and information were inaccurate. We didn't quite have the all encompassing sea view given that the accommodation was different from what we had booked but we could see it from between the buildings in front

Great layout, clean spacious well located, had everything you need, including a piano! Food at hotel was exceptional. There is a relaxed friendly atmosphere around the place. Staff in hotel great. Throughly recommend this place.

The cottage was very spacious. The staff were nice. The view from the cottage to the sea was great if the garden were tidier.

The coating on the pans had scratches, and they should not be used anymore, as it is a health risk. It was nice to see herbs growing in the garden, but the garden could be tidier, so the view from the balcony was more pleasant. For example, an old gate was in the way of the cottage door. The chairs in the restaurant had stains and the upholstery was damaged. Salt and pepper grinder are not clean.
