Superb cottage. Been back to stay since.

The cottage was clean, comfortable and spacious. We loved the location, just a few yards walk to the sea. Great to have milk, tea and coffee provided and a couple of extra treats too. The host was extremely helpful, accommodating an extra guest when we altered the booking slightly and allowing us a later check-out so that my elderly mother didn't have to rush in the morning.

Loved the parking, location close to town, fridge and freezer allowed for storing own food. Plenty of eateries nearby. Host was lovely and I could have happily stayed longer! Quick and kind responses with nice little extras upon arrival. Comfy beds and great home from home.

Being on a main road naturally made for traffic noise and one bedroom was front facing, so if a light sleep I would recommend ear plugs. Windows needed a good clean. Freezer needed defrosted. Everything else was ideal.

Within walking distance of the beach and good birdwatching sites

The cleanliness- the property needs a deep clean so disappointed as oven and extractor fan horrid along with the freezers . Skirting etc so dusty and cobwebs. Kitchen saucepans need replacing as Teflon and all worn inside so not hygienic. Nowhere to sit outside unless you like looking at a concrete yard that was not at all attractive. The key code box needs to be moved to eye level as very difficult to use bing at ground level.
