The Tropical Koh Mook

The bungalow was very comfortable and well built. We got a beach facing bungalow and it was fantastic! One of the very few resorts that function well in a low season. Food was good too! I highly recommend Tropical resort.

Very chilled out

Not much. Only ‘problem’ I had was a worry that there was gaps between the woodwork would let mosquitos in. This didn’t happen in peak mosquito season.

Everything about this stay was incredible. The room and facilities far exceeded my expectations, but what really stood out was the outstanding service from the friendly staff. The food was excellent across the board—don’t miss the breakfast! They have a "secret menu of the day" that is a total game-changer. I loved every minute here.

While it’s close to the pier, the beach shortcut is a bit messy and tricky to walk. Alternatively, catching a bike taxi requires a trek to the hotel’s highest point via a very steep wooden walkway—it’s quite a workout!

Great location and excellent room! We stayed in one of the big rooms at the top of the resort which had a great sunrise view. Very spacious room, air con, desk space for working, big bathroom with plenty of space to put things. The area around the resort was very quiet which was a big plus. We will definitely stay again next time we come to the Trang Islands. Koh Mook has some of the best food in these islands too!
