The quiet, the pool.

We liked the fact that it was clean, that the pool was functional, the hostess Nathalie was super nice and smiley, the location was convenient and the grocery store was walking distance from the house. It is also close to the beach (by car) and the location is between two beautiful cities to visit as day trips (Perpignan and Carcassone).

We didn't like the fact that there was no A/C and that the shutters in place kept slamming all night (because of wind) and that we didn't know how to stop them from slamming and squeaking (I did contact the hostess after the first night and she explained that we can put a water bottle or shoes to prevent the shutters from moving). Nathalie also offered to provide us with fans. The other downfall is the fact that there is no sink in the powder room which is the only place that has a toilet seat. This is very inconvenient because we cannot wash our hands in the powder room. We had to go in the kitchen sink or use our hand sanitizer. The other bathroom has a shower but no toilet seat.

The house is clean and comfortable with a really good wifi conection and Nathalie is a really kind and ongoing person who makes all easier.

Quite neighborhood, very close to supermarket. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. We recommend this place in Sigean without any doubt.
