Single bed is little bit small and not comfort

Excellent atmosphere and staff. Very comfortable facilities like brand new.

Great place! It is not in city centre of Osijek but it is very easy to reach by 10 minute car drive, and in Osijek centre you got a plenty of place to park. Hotel is very clean, rooms and toilets are big, staff is kind and excellent, bed is very, very comfortable and breakfast is good. You really have everything there. I would repeat this stay every time if I go again in Osijek/Cepin area

Elevator is slowest ever! You need like 5 minutes to go from ground floor to second floor with it. Luckily it is really not necessary to use the elevator since hotel has just ground floor plus two floors.

The hotel looked nice and classy, and the staff were very friendly. The size and layout of the room was good, and the bathroom was nice and modern. Free parking was available at the property, with plenty of spaces.

Upon arrival, there were lots of flying bugs in the parking area, which were coming into the hotel; we understand that this is not the hotel's fault, and little can be done about it, particularly during warm weather. However, during breakfast the following morning, there were bugs in the indoor breakfast area, which was off-putting. Breakfast was severely limited, bearing in mind, we came down for breakfast at a reasonable time. To be quite honest, it was the worst hotel breakfast we've ever come across. There was technically a buffet, but in reality, there was next to nothing there. We were disgusted to find that a large fly had been trapped in the ham container. The staff were friendly and made us coffee, but unfortunately, the coffee tasted very cheap; not what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, though the room appeared clean, it was in fact very dusty. We felt very itchy in the room, and my partner's asthma flared up badly. We also found a dead bug in the bed.
