About this house rental
Holiday house with private pool in a quiet typical Spanish urbanization
The house has a living space of approx. 120 m² and is located in a completely walled plot of approx. 1000 m².
It owns :
A big kitchen,
in which the fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and a large fridge - freezer is located. A dining area for max. 4 people is integrated in the kitchen. The kitchen also includes a toaster, a kettle, a normal coffee maker, and a "Tassimo".
A living room,
equipped with a small display cabinet, 2 small rattan couches (2 persons each), a large rustic dining table with 6 chairs, a small dining table for 4 persons, and a swing chair. In the room there is a fireplace with heating cassette for the cold days, as well as an individually adjustable inverter air conditioning - cool and heat).
The living room has a flat screen TV and a satellite receiver. Spanish programs can also be received via DVB. With the satellite receiver also radio stations (also German) can be received.
A large bedroom with ensuite bathroom
Equipment bedroom:
1 large double bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m with 2 bedside tables, 1 wardrobe (cupboard portion for guests 1.00 m), 1 inverter - air conditioning (individually adjustable - cool and heat), and a large ceiling fan.
Bathroom equipment: 1 toilet, 1 bidet, 1 bath with integrated shower and shower enclosure 1 vanity with mirror cabinet

Nous venons de passer un excellent séjour dans une propriété très bien agencé, Très propre et très agréable à vivre. Les propriétaires sont des personnes très agréable et très à l’écoute à tout problème que vous pouvez rencontrer. Cela fait plus de 10 ans que nous louant des maisons sur Chiclana et c’est la première dans laquelle nous nous sommes sentis aussi bien. Nous remercions également la personne qui gère la maison sur place qui est également très à l’écoute est très disponible.
Je recommande cette propriété.

Hemos tenido la suerte de pasar unos días en Chiclana y todo ha salido a pedir de boca. Cada super equipada por dentro, con tres habitaciones dobles no muy grandes, todas ellas equipadas con ventilador y aire acondicionado. Cocina muy funcional con todo lo que necesitas y en perfecto estado de funcionamiento. Todo limpio y brillante. Y fuera el paraíso con una piscina preciosa, espacio de sobra para tomar el sol, que jueguen los niños y cenar fresquito, Un poco aislada quizás, pero con casas alrededor y si sigues las instrucciones, que yo no seguí, llegas fácil. A media hora de Cádiz y de Caños, a 15 de la playa de la Barrosa. Y aún mejor que todo eso Jayne, la persona de contacto, muy pendiente y coordinada con los dueños para resolver algún pequeño problema que surgió, Estuvimos muy agusto,

LA CASA ESTÁ PERFECTA, MUY LIMPIO TODO Y TOTALMENTE EQUIPADA. LA PISCINA ESTUPENDA DE AGUA SALADA. LA ZONA ES MUY TRANQUILA, Y HAY CERCA SUPERMERCADO, FARMACIA E INCLUSO UNA VENTA DE COMIDA PARA LLEVAR, MUY BUENA Y CASERA. MUY PUNTUAL EL DÍA DE LA ENTRADA Y LA SALIDA. SEGURO QUE QUEREMOS REPETIR. HELGA Y GÜNTHER MUY AMABLES Y SIEMPRE ATENTOS A QUE NO NOS FALTASE NADA. UNA ESTANCIA PERFECTA.

Todo bien en general pero la barbacoa de obra que se ve ni está terminada y no se puede usar, tienen otras dos bbq portátiles pequeñas.
Había una cámara de seguridad de la que no nos avisaron.
