This was the perfect Rome flat! We were close to our son studying abroad in Rome, close to the Metro (Ottavian)

Property is only a 5 min walk to the Vatican and close to good shopping (Coin and other stores on Via Cola di Rienzo). Terrace was nice and AC worked well. However, the furtiture was dirty and stained, and while the bedding was clean, the bed pillows were old and flat and yellow. This place could be so great if it were freshened up.
