This beautiful bright and exclusive top floor is the apartment-studio of a Roman art collector. It is located on the 1st floor of a typical building situated in a quiet street just right in Trastevere only walking distance from Vatican, Piazza Navona and Campo de Fiori.
It was designed by an architect with great care and decorated in a modern style by the owner, also works of contemporary art created a unique environment and a pleasant atmosphere. The apartment consists of a large living room with skylight, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a large bathroom, a beautiful terrace and a private parking. The terrace is furnished with a gazebo, table and seats, sofa and barbecue corner and offers a quiet and pleasant atmosphere between the buildings away from the noise of typical Roman buildings, was recently renovated and has all the amenities needed for a perfect (Website hidden by Airbnb) strategic location and the care taken to create a cozy and hospitable atmosphere, make this apartment the ideal starting point for a pleasant stay in Rome.

Spacious and stylish apartment conveniently located between Trastevere and Vatican area. Well lit with skylights, excellent kitchen and bath. Comfortable bedroom with good bed, linens and storage. The upper deck/garden area provides a peaceful oasis. Property owner kind and professional.

Our host was very attentive and helpful. Check in was easy and he even let us self- check out to accommodate our flight plans. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. He answered any questions we had immediately.
The apartment was in an excellent location. We were able to be in the heart of Trastevere in minutes and walk all over the city. We always felt very safe and the street was quiet.
Linens and towels were clean. The apartment itself however felt a bit run down and like it could have used a good deep cleaning. We also didn’t have much hot water in the shower. It was barely warm and would fluctuate between cold and barely warm while showering.
The roof top terrace was lovely. All in all we had a good stay.
