Historic property with modern luxury renovation! Amazing location: only 3 stops (Red Subway/Metro/T line) to downtown Boston; variety of cafes, restaurants, bars, convenience/grocery/pharmacy stores minutes away. Historic neighborhood featured in many movies: “Departed”, “Town”, “Silver Linings Playbook”, etc. Close to everything Boston has to offer! Less then 10 mins drive to downtown Boston and plenty of street parking spots are available!

Our host Muny was very responsive to our questions. The check in & check out directions were simple & clear. The location was very safe and we felt very safe walking to the Savin red T- stop even at night. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the stairs are narrow. We did not have any problems with it at all but want to tell other guests if they have mobility issues.The inside of the apartment is quite spacious. We had plenty of room for 4 people and there is a trundle bed for 2 more guests to stay. The apartment was spotless and had a well equipped kitchen. We hope to stay again when we are in Boston!

We enjoyed our time at the Guesthouse. The place was clean, comfortable and spacious. Muny was always very responsive. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Boston.

This place was just as advertised...very nicely furnished, clean and with very clear instructions about arrival and parking, etc. Some great recommendations for local food that we took advantage of. Such a great location for exploring Boston! Just wished we had more time there!
