About this house rental
This wonderful detached French Mas with 4 bedrooms and its 8.5 x 4.5m pool is set in 3 acres of land. It has far reaching views of the mountains and is just a short walk to the heart of Ceret which has the biggest Saturday market in the area, full of fresh fruit, vegetables, and local crafts.
The must see city of Perpignan is only an easy 20 minute drive away or why not try the local bus. Beautiful Mediterranean beaches and the Spanish border are both within easy reach.
The Mas is completely enclosed and is suitable for the whole family. Children can run free and play whilst the adults relax around the private pool. Plenty of tables and chairs are supplied as well as sun beds to make your stay more comfortable.

We are a family with three children (aged 23, 17 and 15). Lovely property in a beautiful setting. Lots of space. The outside area is lovely, the new covered area is a fantastic space and the pool is great! The property is better than the description and pictures suggest. There are 3 showers and toilets, which I'm not sure is clear. Also, beach towels were provided. The house had everything you could wish for, cleaning products etc were a bonus! It was only a 15-20 minute walk into Ceret, which is a beautiful little town with a great Saturday market and Modern Art Museum. Communication with Remi was excellent and it was lovely to meet Marianne, the owner. 100% would recommend.

A super place to stay.The house looks small from the outside but is extremely spacious inside and really well equipped.The air conditioning works well,even the kitchen knives are sharp,and there is a whole drawer of spices !To commend two other things:
1.The garden is wonderful for children,and really well maintained.
2.Our host Remi gave us really good advice which was relevant to our group and was most attentive.
Definately a possibility for a return visit.

Emplacement exceptionnel, c'est très beau, calme, spacieux et très bien équipé. Un seul conseil au propriétaire, remplacer le lit d'appoint pour la 9e personne par un vrai lit 1 place.
