The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming flat for rent in Céret, featuring mountain views and a swimming pool. It measures 75 m² and can comfortably accommodate 5 guests. Situated on the ground floor of a quiet residential block, it comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms (with showers) and a garden of around 200 m².
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 25 m² living room with a sofa, TV and dining area
- An open-plan fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
- A large bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200), a private lounge area with a sofa bed, fitted wardrobes and a TV
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite shower room
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
Outside:
- A private, unheated swimming pool (3 m × 6 m × 1 m) with a solar-powered cover for children’s safety. The pool is open between June and September (dates subject to change).
- A private, enclosed 25 m² terrace facing south-west, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The flat is ideally situated in Céret and is surrounded by hills and greenery. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

- Nearest railway station: Perpignan station, about 33 minutes’ drive away
- Nearest airport: Perpignan Rivesaltes Méditerranée Airport, about 40 minutes’ drive away
- Céret/Perpignan shuttle bus
Other notes:
- The outdoor areas are reserved exclusively for guests during their stay. The owners are not on site
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic)
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation
- Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming
- The swimming pool opening dates are subject to change
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the stated times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
- It is strictly forbidden to charge your electric vehicle here.
