This beautiful villa architect, inspired freely from the Bearn habitat by its roof and old materials, is located on the slopes of Norths Pau, 5 minutes from the city of Morlaàs, former capital of Béarn; it dominates the plain of Pau and the Pyrenees on the horizon.
It offers an exceptional setting, outside of time, for a magical stay in family or with a group of friends.
It is situated amidst a beautiful flower garden of 6000 m²; old trees, a swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers, a large garden table and a barbecue; games for children: Trampoline, Table tennis, Petanque, Croquet ...
The house itself consists of a ground floor:
- A spacious and private entrance.
- Living room 1: large living room with Provencal fireplace.
- Salon 2: including a dining room with a large table for 12 guests; and a TV lounge.
- Kitchen: large kitchen with two spaces, separated by a counter. 1 kitchen area with stove to gas, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine ... 1 dining area for children with a large table and benches.
- Laundry room: 1 laundry area with a freezer American fridge, washing machine and dryer.
- A Games Room: with many board games, Kapla, Playmobil...
- Independent toilet

Nous avons été très gentiment accueilli par Mme Boulin qui est charmante mais peu au fait des problèmes posés par le manque d'entretien de sa maison. Nous avons été contraints de nettoyer frigo, cuisinière et sanitaires, réparer une chasse de WC, condamner certaines prises de courant afin d'éviter de faire sauter les plombs. Lors de notre départ, nous avons montré à Mme Boulin le problème de la chasse du WC et sa réparation de fortune et abordé le problème électrique car nous pensons qu'il est tel qu'il y a risque d'incendie. Ces remarques mettent en cause, à nos yeux, la responsabilité d'Abritel au sujet du suivi du bien.

Très grande maison meublée avec une empreinte familiale de la propriétaire, ce qui lui donne une âme. Très beau jardin. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et la gentillesse de l'accueil de la propriétaire.

Jacqueline's house is in a lovely spot with beautiful views. We had wonderful weather and made good use of the swimming pool which is huge. The house is a short drive from Pau which has some nice restaurants but it's not walking distance of shops or bars. Having said that, you can stock up on food and enjoy the garden and the views. I found Jacqueline to be a kind and attentive host.
