An absolutely stunning 4 bedroom detached villa. Modern luxurious fixtures and fittings provide that 'wow' factor to reflect the owners high standards. Tastefully furnished throughout to provide high quality accommodation. Outstanding features. The open plan spacious living area has patio doors leading to the private swimming pool and garden. Steps lead into the pool with a seat ledge all around the inside perimeter for you to cool down whilst enjoying the sunny climate here in Cyprus. Further garden features such as the poolside bar, the decking area with swing seat, table tennis, and a sail shade, all enhance the setting. Additional TVs in 2 bedrooms. 3 high quality bathrooms. The villa is ideal for those seeking style and absolute luxury.

The villa was as advertised and very well equipped.
The location was perfect being 5-10 mins drive from each of Paphos old town, the nearest supermarket (Lidl), and the beach.
Marylin and Dermot were perfect hosts, ensuring our stay was comfortable and that there were no problems or issues with the villa, in a very discrete manner.
We spent many mornings and evenings just lounging by the wonderful pool, having a fabulously relaxing family vacation.
Paphos, and its environs, is a great place with many interesting places to visit and things to do.
I would say that hiring a car is essential as, although walking to the old town or beach is possible, it is quite hilly and isn't very comfortable in +30C weather and not all roads have a pavement.
Will definitely be back to Paphos and Villa Bella

We had a fabulous stay, lovely villa with a great attention to detail.

Location good for a base but you will need a car. Tomb of kings Road along with harbour are perfect for meals and Lidl is only round the corner. Negatives; air con ! Doesn’t cool in living room just blows out warm air / each room has a small white box which you’ve to find to push a grey button for the air con to come on with a 2 hr max timer. We found at 35 degrees this made sleeping uncomfortable. Pool not the cleanest and both boys had ear infections by day 3 ! Better properties out there but served a purpose.
