It's a self catering unit and I loved it.

Everything was perfect.

I liked that the property is at a walkable distance to the beach. There is ample balcony space with a braai area. My kids loved the pool and trampoline at the property. The aircon in the main room was absolutely amazing!! The apartment is very spacious.

It was not properly cleaned. The kitchen towels were quite smelly, we had to buy new ones to use for our stay. The dish rack was also very dirty. The shower was also dirty, there hasn’t been a proper clean. I think the ladies that clean only clear it for the next person but not taking the actual time to clean the apartment nicely for hygiene purposes. The fridge is also small. We struggled to fit all our groceries for our 4 night stay. It would be great to get a bigger fridge for the apartment. The only other down side is that there was not enough sleeping space for my kids and we needed to buy a pump up mattress so everyone can sleep comfortably.

I was charged for cleaning services and there was none provided, once I queried, then only was I told that daily cleaning services is an additional cost and the services I paid for was for cleaning before and after my stay
