"Lone Palm House" exudes old world Spanish charm and was one of the first homes built in Palm Springs' legendary Old Las Palmas neighborhood. This desert oasis, built in 1937 on a 8,700 sq foot lot, is steps from Palm Canyon Drive and consists of a main house & detached casita.
The two bedroom, two bath MAIN HOUSE includes a fully equipped kitchen with laundry, dining room and cozy living room with dramatic river rock fireplace and exposed wooden beams. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private shower/tub/bath, and a 55" flat screen television and opens to the pool deck. The main house's guest room has a queen size bed, shower/bath, walk in closet, and 33" flat screen television.
The one bedroom, one bath DETACHED CASITA (added to the property in 1951) has a queen size bed, shower/bath, walk in closet, and a large living space with a kitchenette and mounted 70" flat screen television.
The newly built pool deck has stunning mountain views and includes a tiled pool & hot tub, pergola (covered, outdoor dining area), hilltop seating area and two gas fire pits. **A child-proof pool fence can be made available upon request for an additional charge.**

Nearby activities are too numerous to list but include incredibly scenic hiking and biking trails. Looking for a little more "activity," walk across the street and hit the pool parties at the Riviera and Arrive hotels.

Overall, a beautiful house with plenty of amenities. Tony was wonderful and the casita was fantastic. The home is located closer to downtown which is very convenient. During our stay, construction took place right next door, making it a bit noisy during the early morning hours. I would recommend disclosing this for future guests. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Loved everything about the Lone Palm! The house and property were beautiful. The location was great, beautiful neighborhood to walk in and close to all the hikes and activities we had planned, as well as downtown Palm Springs. Tony, the property manager, gave us wonderful restaurant suggestions and was always there to help!

I’d say no matter what you are looking for, a relaxing getaway, an exciting desert weekend this is the perfect location to make that happen. We thoroughly enjoyed the 2 weeks that we stayed and hope to return
