"Amazing location, friendly staff and the afternoon tea was a bonus! At the pool I would recommend something for the old people to use to get in and out."

Amazing location, friendly staff and the afternoon tea was a bonus!
I would recommend a visible mark on the step from room to the toilet. An elderly person in our group had a fall. A simple or a non slippery rug with bright colour might prevent another accident. At the pool I would recommend something for the old people to use to get in and out.
