Super-friendly owner!! Very fast replies and very friendly. We even shared photos of our cats. 😀. Good location. Parking is very easy to find right next to the apartment. Easy to walk to the city centre. Quiet neighbourhood. Room had an ok size. It was very clean and all very comfortable. Next time in Lecce, I would stay there again. I highly recommend staying there.

Host is very helpful and friendly. We were offered free breakfast. We were allowed to leave our bags few hours before actual check-in and start our sightseeing in the city earlier. Free parking. Clean room.

No ventilation without A/C unit at all. If no A/C is needed, humidity becomes 100%. Noizy gym with loudy music on the other side of the street. Noizy garbage collection early in the morning. Noizy toilet system - can cause heart attack. No towel warmer. Automatic light sensor in the corridor is really broken and sensing something every 10 or so seconds whole night. Light through dimmed door glass getting into the room - fix sensor or dim door better. Kitchen in the morning was a mess.

The quality of the matress and the pillows the calmness of the neighborhood the wonderful Job the cleaning lady did the very smiling and helpful of the owner who received me with a great smile and good energy all was perfect I will definitely come back

I only needed a bottle and a glass of water in the room the only thing missing But no big deal

The location, slightly outside Lecce’s historic centre and to walk there you’ll pass through a street full of beautiful mature trees. Room was spacious, equipped with an AC unit, and a small fridge. Breakfast was so delicious and Francesco the host, is so sympathetic, it was like we knew him forever. It was a pleasure getting to know him.
