Staff were all super friendly, easy check in amd out, we barely heard any other guests, beds were super soft. The personalized TV was a hit.
Parking lot could have been a little bigger. Neighborhood kids kept trying to get in.

I stay at this location when ever in Grand Rapids area. Always a great stay.
Nothing I can think of. It's always clean , quiet and staff always helpful.

Breakfast was good. Very fresh and clean
There wasn't enough towels in our room for the next day and the front desk said there wouldn't be any ready till later. So my husband and I had to share a towel in the morning. Also no pool towels for the kids after they got out of the pool.
