About this house rental
Very pretty Provencal villa of charm, very quiet, located due south in Cabris, 5 minutes from Grasse and half an hour from Cannes, with refined decoration, in a very beautiful green setting of 3000 m2 enclosed in restanques of centenary olive trees with a breathtaking view of the sea and the mountains (Bay of Cannes and Esterel). The villa of 220 m2 consists of 3 bedrooms (1 bed in 160, 1 bed in 140, 1 bed in 180 separable) with 2 bathrooms and 2 WC, a large living room of 50 m2, a living / dining room with American kitchen, then an adjoining studio with a living room and a bedroom (separable 180 bed) and a shower room with WC. The house has a covered terrace for lunch, a 12x5 swimming pool protected by an alarm with its 45 m2 pool house equipped with a kitchenette, several terraces with various garden furniture, a Webber gas barbecue, outdoor parking spaces. WIFI equipment, TV, HIFI, DVD, very good kitchen equipment, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher.
A gardener / pool keeper takes care of the exterior maintenance during your stay.
Cleaning is compulsory for an additional cost of 150 euros / week
Sheets provided and changed every week included in the package of 150 euros.
Many sporting and cultural activities available very close (Tennis 2km, many Golf courses nearby, hiking, yachting, Saint-Cassien lake)
Mandelieu beaches 30 mins away. Ideal starting point for visiting the hinterland of Saint Paul de Vence, Valbonne, Tourrettes sur Loup, Mougins, its Provencal markets and its olive oil mills. All shops nearby 7 mins

We had a fantastic week in this beautiful house. The location is perfect in the lovely village of Cabris, and lots of nice places to visit close to the house.The house itself is really beautiful with an authentic Provençal architecture, a beautifull large garden with a nice pool and the views are stunning !!The interior of the house was beautiful and put together with great sense of good taste. The contact with the owner was very friendly with respect for our privacy, but always happy to help. We could always contact them, although there was not much need to because we didn’t experience any problems during our stay. I could highly recommend this accommodation and I would be delighted to come back here !

We had a truly wonderful time at this place with our family (2 adults, 3 kids). Great view, great garden, perfect pool, well equipped kitchen, barbecue etc.. Didn't miss anything. Lovely, charming house tastefully furnished and decorated. Only and very little downside: one of the bathrooms is a bit dated.Very personal and super helpful contact with the owner. Would love to come back and can fully recommend this place and Michel.

The location of the house is good. It is located in walking distance to the beautiful village of Cabris( it has some really good restaurants). Other nice towns like Grasse, Cannes, Tourette sur Loup are not far away and easy to reach by car.
The house offers an amazing view, a wonderful garden with beautiful flowers, olive trees and palm trees. This is exactly what you expect when you visit the south of France. There are several nice spots in the garden to sit down and relax. The huge swimming pool is absolutely great, especially on hot summer days. The house itself is nice and tastefully furnished especially the living room and the 3 bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen is a bit overloaded with crockery and kitchen utensils and could be rearranged. But the gas barbecue outside is great. There is no air conditioning ( we knew this when booking) and so we had to use fans during the warm summer nights. During the day we closed the shutters. Communication with the owner is easy, friendly and fast. Isabelle who welcomed us is very kind, open and helpful.Communication with her is easy, too. Thank you very much ! Also, thanks again for the wine and the room fragrance diffuser as a welcome present.

Wir kamen als 5 gestresste Personen an und verließen das Objekt gechillt und höchst zufrieden.
Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen und das Anwesen ist äußerst weitläufig mit tollem alten Olivenbaumbestand. Von einer der Terrassen hat man einen wahnsinnig schönen Blick auf Cannes, das Meer und den Lac de St. Cassien.
Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.
Die Betten sind äußerst bequem.
Abends weht immer ein kleines Lüftchen, sodass man gut schlafen kann.
Cabris selber ist ein wunderschöner kleiner Ort mit guter Infrastruktur. Viele Restaurants und eine kleine Pizzeria zum Abholen runden das Angebot ab.
Wir haben jeden Tag in der Villa genossen und werden bestimmt wiederkehren.
Bei Fragen antwortete der Vermieter sehr schnell und stand mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. So wünscht man sich Urlaub!!!! Danke Michel!!!
