Room was clean, very comfortable and spacious. Bed was good and large and nice to sleep in. Location is excellent. Walking distance to center of town. Aircon was strong which is a must in my opinion. Check in and check out process was easy. Will definitely stay here again next time.

It depends on the individual. There is a madrasah with loud speaker right across the street. So prayer time might be a bit loud. Maybe a bit hard for someone sensitive to loud sounds. So best to use earplugs or plan sleep accordingly. Other than that mostly quiet.

Bed sheet and cover not properly/tightly laid upon checkin and pillow cases should be replaced size doesn't fit with pillow..

The location was close to eateries, pharmacies and convenience stores, and most importantly where my husband's relatives lived. Although there is no reception, the management was easily contactable and quick to respond via whatsapp. We arrived at 4.30 a.m and the instructions were clear on how we could access the keys to the room we booked. Our room was basic and a bit outdated, but it was clean compared to most properties in that area. It was a tight squeeze for us to pray, and after 2 days it did feel quite cramped. The rooms in the white building next to us (which you can see from the official photo of this property) looked more modern and new, although ours had a private pool and a small courtyard. The walls were not sound proof and you could clearly hear the voices and noise coming from the occupants in the next adjacent room. There was ample of space to park and they provided a vending machine if we needed to get any drinks or snacks.

The duvets were a bit dusty and it was hard to move about the room with the 4 of us. The toilet could do with a fresh paint job. The windows were not tinted, so it was inconvenient to open the curtains and let natural light in because people outside could look directly into our room.

Location is good. near bandar Pasir Puteh. Convenient car park. Low density. Easy check in. Room key collected from safety box. fast response by owner via WhatsApp.
