Great location and very friendly and helpful host! Clean and nice room.

Just a bit loud from the street at night but host offered ear plugs

We had a great stay! The room was spacious and very clean, with a nice bathroom and great facilities. We especially appreciated being able to do our laundry and dry it during our stay. The host was also very kind, helpful and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

Despite the great location (quite central) and being on a rather smaller street, it was quite noisy at night, with people outside being loud until the early morning

Spacious and comfortable rooms in a nicely renovated old apartment, the location is fantastic for access to restaurants and quick access to Rustaveli Avenue. Communication with the host was very good, access to facilities was excellent and the garden terrace was lovely.

The apartment is conveniently situated close by to cafes, bars and restaurants so rooms at the front of the property can be a little noisy on a weekend night. Not a criticism of the hotel, which is lovely, but maybe something to be aware of?

El dueño del alojamiento nos ayudó en todo momento. Estuvo disponible siempre que lo necesitamos y fue amable. Había botellas de agua a la llegada, cosa que se agradece mucho. La ubicación en una calle con restaurantes y cerca del centro, aunque esto también lo hace ruidoso.

Reservamos las 5 habitaciones, una de ellas estaba sin tele y tenía varios desperfectos. Tampoco funcionaban los secadores de las habitaciones, ya que antes de 1 minuto se recalentaban y apagaban.En la cocina solo había 3 banquetas para todos. El alojamiento está más viejo de lo que se ve en las fotos. Es un segundo sin ascensor, para maletas grandes como la mía es difícil de llegar. Las bombillas de toda la casa tienen una luz muy escasa. Cuando llegamos, la nevera estaba llena de comida usada y restos de latas y el fregadero lleno de restos de comida y con un trapo usado sucio. Aunque sábanas y toallas estaban limpias, la limpieza general no era la esperada.
