The location is outstanding. Being right on the beachfront is the biggest advantage of this property and truly makes the stay special. Waking up just steps from the sea is hard to beat.

The LTE Wi-Fi router was the biggest issue. Initially it didn't work at all. After the host's technician fixed it, the connection was still unreliable and depended heavily on where the router was placed inside the house. Later it stopped working again, and I was able to restore it myself by removing and reinserting the SIM card. Internet speeds were only about 5–8 Mbps. I would strongly recommend installing Starlink instead of relying on an LTE router. It would provide a much faster and more reliable connection and could potentially be shared across multiple nearby properties, making it a good long-term investment. The location is excellent, but I would encourage the host to spend a night in the property themselves to experience it as a guest. They would quickly notice several small improvements that could make a big difference. Simple things like replacing the pillows, adding a hook for a kitchen towel, providing dishwasher detergent and a sponge, and taking care of a few minor maintenance items would significantly improve the guest experience. None of these changes are expensive or difficult, but together they could easily turn this property into a true gem and consistently earn five-star reviews.

A vista para o mar é linda. Acesso as pedras junto ao mar. Proximidade com a praia linda Porto Giunco! Proximidade a cidade de Vilasimius - vila de praia com lojas e restaurantes. Casa bem simples porém atende uma família. Supermercado pequeno próximo.

Um ar-condicionado instalado na escada para atender a casa toda, lógico que não atendia. A cama de casal de um dos quartos era realmente pequena. A praia do Riso não é bonita e tem uma música pessima e altíssima com atividades para o camping que existe no local.
