Enter a nicely-appointed living room with comfortable seating and flat screen TV with cable and WiFi. Just off the living room is the fully-equipped, eat-in kitchen.
In addition to the open main living space, there are two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and a full (double) sleep sofa. The other bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a full bathroom with shower.
Comforts include central air conditioning, in-unit washer/dryer, cable and WiFi.
Relax on the patio with table and chairs and gas grill--perfect for an evening barbecue. Enjoy a luxurious soak under the stars in the enclosed outdoor shower.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.

We really enjoyed our stay!The space was lovely, clean and the use of space made it feel bigger than it was. Kitchen is well appointed and we found the bed to be comfy.

Great little place in an incredibly convenient location. Everything worked and the house was really just what we needed. A chirping smoke detector battery partway through our stay was addressed quickly. Plenty of strong nightlights, which is great for an unfamiliar place, especially with smaller kids.
