We needed a place for an extended stay prior to moving into permanent accommodation, and this was the best option at that price point. The apartment was spacious, clean, the kitchen had new-ish appliances and was well-stocked with pots, pans, and all manner of utensils. The location was convenient to shops and major roads. The hostess was responsive over the phone and helpful with queries.
Everything was adequate for us but I would warn not to expect luxury - the place is spacious, clean, and very functional but basic and the residential complex is not upscale. One piece of advice for the hostess is to have better local support - she was great but lives out of state and her local property manager was never available the few times I needed her.

Very close to where we needed to be. Pool was right outside the patio slider doors. Enough room for everyone.
Kitchen not stocked very well. Dishes, utensils, pots and pans etc are all mismatched. Looks like a bunch of stuff just grabbed up from the Goodwill. If we consider staying here again I will have to bring things from home as we like to eat in and prepare our meals even when traveling.

I didn't like the drive to the beach. I didn't realize from the posting it was so far away.

Location was very close to everything .The Cozy Condo was exactly that, cozy.The main bathroom toilet takes turns working then not....Hope everyone is cozy...
The laundry facility is not conveniently located for elderly or disabled. There seems to be some reason for close continuos police monitoring, I felt somewhat apprehensive,but all ended well..
