Beautiful penthouse vacation condo rental with stunning views! Island Winds PH21 is a top floor Gulf View condo rental boasting amazing water views from all three screened lanais! Watch the sunrise with morning coffee overlooking Estero Bay and the sunsets over Gulf of America with dinner on the main lanai. This condo features updated kitchen and baths, and perhaps the most expansive view in the whole complex!
Condo amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, full sized washer/dryer, and two bedroom / two bathrooms. This condo will sleep up to four with a king-sized bed in the primary bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom. The primary bath has dual sinks with a standard walk-in shower. The guest bath is down the hall with tub/shower combo. All linens are supplied, including beach towels.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Island Winds. This unit was wonderful. It was spacious, clean and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The views were incredible, both the beach views and the bay view from the guest room. We look forward to returning next summer.

My sister and I spent a week here with my son and my niece. There was more than enough space for everyone, and the accommodations were comfortable. Our only real complaint was that the pool wasn't open later.

There are only a couple issues that we experienced during our stay that kept it from being perfect. The biggest being that we had no hot water. It's wasn't icy cold but it was certainly below body temperature. The other was our interaction with the property manager. My wife and I both felt like we were treated rudely when inquiring about and discussing a lost fab. We were actually hung up on while requesting additional info and further explanation of terms & conditions.

Very happy with the location. Good communication with the property team. The property looks excellent but the first night we noticed small roaches in the kitchen area. The kitchen utensils we kept them inside the dishwasher all the time. The rest of the unit was without insects. The washer and dryer are in good condition. Walking to the beach takes approximately 4 minutes. The building and elevator was very quiet and clean.
