友人との訪問だったが、キッチンダイニング、リビング、2つのベッドルームとアパート内には十分な広さがあり、地下鉄駅へのアクセスが良く、近隣にはスーパーマーケットやレストランもあり、快適に過ごすことができた。車での訪問だったが、アパートメント前の道路は”EMEL ePark”アプリにて支払い・駐車が可能だったため、荷物の積み下ろしも問題なく対応できた。
ベッドマットが少し柔らかくサイズもクイーンサイズとなり、二人で寝るには少し手狭だった。 ネスプレッソコーヒーマシンが設置してあるが、フリーで置いてくれているサードパーティーのコーヒーカプセルが対応していないため、この点は改善されるとありがたい。

El piso está totalmente equipado. Muy céntrico y tiene de todo. Es muy bonito y luminoso. Muy recomendable

Large rooms
The apartment was not cleaned. There were cigarette butts in the ashtray on the balcony, a used bath sponge with hairs in the bathtub, a dirty parquet floor that stained our socks if we walked without shoes. The smell of mold in the apartment. not recommended
