Located on foot 10 minutes from Panoramic Sète and 20 minutes from the city center and the first beaches and coves, you can also discover the surroundings, between sea and scrubland, vineyards and lagoons: the charming villages of Bouzigues with its oyster beds, Balaruc le Old and its charming historic center, Balaruc-les Bains spa resort and its ancient Mediterranean garden or visit the Gallo-Roman villa of Loupian archaeological site located 30 minutes by car.

We had in this accomodation a wonderful holiday. Alan and Michèle are very thoughtful hosts. We were very grateful for our welcome-gift of a rose wine, this was very tasty. The apartment is well equipped, we had the opportunity to cook some delicious meals of fresh fish and seefood of the market hall. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious enough. The kitchen has all basic tools and we really appreciated the good coffee mashine, this is really something special as well as the large fridge. The garden is unusual and huge, you can have a little walk in it.The only unconvenient thing is, that you are quite high on the mountain, and it is rather steep, the street is for driving absolutely possible, but not for faint harted. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and our conversations with Alan and Michéle, they are wonderful persons with real interest in people. Thank you, we hope to see you again.

We had a really nice stay with our very welcoming hosts. We especially enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood and sitting at the lovely terrasse with views of the sea and surroundings. Our dog was well recieved and he could walk free around in the garden. We would happily make a return visit.

Great winter break. Sete is lovely. This property is beautifully situated on Mont St Clair.

Clean , great air conditioning, kitchen ok . Biggest disappointment was the outdoor area which was hot unshaded and not green as shown on the website. Alan was very responsive and helpful .
