Situated at the center of the city and very convenient for access of ghats and temples

Amazing location, staffs very friendly . It's rightly suited from young persons who are budget oriented and carefree. Do not choose this property if your used to 3* or a 5* service. There is a water filter for guests but no bottles so bring your own bottles and self service. Soap, shampoo and even conditioner was provided. Billing was 110% accurate. Property owners gave tips on darshan time and where to go and how to go. Staffs very helpful in case you want something to be bought from outside. It was thoughtful to provide first floor for the elderly which is much appreciated. Bathroom was amazingly bright. Compact but did wonders for triple occupancy. Hot water was always available. Has a inverter so power failures will not be a issue. Room size is very good for triple occupancy had a extra sofa cum bed perfect for three persons but do not expect movement space too much. Aircon was new,. Tv is LCD looked new but didn't work for few days may be over time it will . Hope it's just not a show peice. Shivalaya ghat is close by and a walking distance away great to spend evenings or late evenings. Must try the kachoris and samosas from neighbour shops. ( directed by the staffs) Owner is a BJP supporter and has done lot of work for the community and it was amazing to see his pictures with Mr. Modi. And hopes to do good work for his people. He is genuinely a nice person if you approach him with good intentions he will resolve issues pertaining to stay.

Booking was done for a friend but overall review from them. The review is on a mid level of expectations. The cleanliness could have been better such as change of mats, duvets, fan. Hygine issues are a few. Tea flask had a thick layer of soot inside this is due to not washing the edges wit soap solution or baking soda. Tea is dust tea or milk tea that is very thick or quality is very good so sediments stick easily. Next tea can cause food poisoning. Tv was not working as setup box had issue. Stair case not built for immobile persons or elderly but it's the same case every where in benras. Although the property is painted and new little extra care could do wonders. No cutlery crockery except glasses on request. ( Incase you intend to buy food from outside) In case your not used to closed door spaces this may be a issue. Room cleaning was requested and the person said will do it in presence of guest but later never turned up. Pest control could be done before arrival of any guest but certain external circumstances cannot be avoided. Door gaps below must be closed for leakage of aircon cooling and also outsiders noise. Dustbin is provided upon request and was dirty than things going into the bin itself. The dust bin was put on the road side for cleaning which was little painful to see . A garbage bag could have been used to put all into and then dump perhaps. God songs are welcomed but YouTube songs early morning or late in night from reception was a little too much disturbance for the elderly. Waterfilter placed was excellent idea but overflows across the landing area. So elderly may slip and fall. The bathroom door in first floor always open so you need to darshan every time you go to your room. Hope the property owners take just a little extra care and this place can do wonders.
